As each item in our collection is unique and often requires specialised packaging, orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Certain oversized, fragile, or exceptionally valuable pieces may require additional preparation time. If this applies to your order, we will notify you promptly.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Delivery Inspection

If your package arrives damaged, notify both the shipping carrier and Ran Amiel within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all original packaging and provide photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item to assist with any insurance claim.
